The CORE, Body Composition, and Hypertrophy programs are designed to be used in any full-service gym. These workouts will regularly utilize free weights (barbells and dumbbells), cable systems (seated row, cable columns) and basic machines (leg curl, leg press).
The Home Gym category of workouts has different versions of each program available depending on the equipment that you have to work with in your home gym. The base level of equipment necessary for the Home Gym workouts requires a barbell, a squat rack, an adjustable bench, and dumbbells OR resistance bands.
Conditioning workouts are meant to accommodate different sets of equipment, ranging from Bodyweight-only to a full-service gym with weight sleds.
