PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

  • 3 Sessions each week
  • This phase is 12 weeks long and made up of 4 distinct 3-week mesocycles
  • This program can be supplemented with a P:S Conditioning program to improve your results
  • The first workout of the program will default to the day after you sign up. You can move workouts around on your calendar with a simple-drag-and-drop, but you might consider choosing the day you sign up to align your calendar to your liking (if you consider Monday to be the beginning of your workout week, sign up on Sunday).
  • We STRONGLY recommend completing each phase in its proper order
  • Signing up for this program will clear your calendar of any future scheduled workouts, excluding conditioning workouts
