The PS Body Comp program uses very particular methods of resistance training to maximize metabolic stress. That means you burn lots of calories while at the gym, but even more importantly you continue to burn calories and fat between sessions.
Having some experience is useful to reap the greatest benefit from these methods. If this is your first time using tools like barbells, dumbbells or machines then we strongly recommend beginning with the Intro Program.
