- 5 Sessions each week. 3 Upper Body and 2 Lower Body.
- Phase 1 of the P/S Core Program is 12-weeks in duration, and is made up of 4 distinct 3-week mesocycles.
- All of your workouts and coaching videos will be drip-fed on to your calendar as you progress from week to week.
- The P/S Core program is designed to be progressive, so we STRONGLY recommend that you complete each phase in order. Begin here, with phase 1, and move sequentially as you complete each phase.
- The first workout of the program will default to the day after you sign up. You can move workouts around on your calendar with a simple-drag-and-drop, but you might consider choosing the day you sign up to align your calendar to your liking (if you consider Monday to be the beginning of your workout week, sign up on Sunday).
- Signing up for this program will clear your calendar of any future scheduled workouts
