HOME GYM: BODY COMPOSITION

The P/S Body Comp workouts for your home gym use very particular methods of resistance training to maximize metabolic stress. That means you burn lots of calories while at the gym, but even more importantly, you continue to burn calories and fat between sessions. Pair this program with Conditioning to supercharge your results.

Having some experience is useful to reap the greatest benefit from these methods.
