WHY CUSTOM COACHING
Custom coaching from Priority Strength is your solution for more complex or demanding training scenarios. With this service you’ll work directly with PS Head Coach Noah Gabriel-Landis to create a personalized training program with your exact circumstances in mind. Your workouts will only consider the equipment at your gym so you never have to worry about substitutions. Workouts will be designed according to your schedule and experience level and will consider any injuries or other limitations.
Custom coaching also includes video review of your workouts. You can take your own videos of your workouts, upload them to the app, and get commentary to help you improve with each and every session. Like working with an elite personal trainer without the hassle of coordinating schedules.
