What type of equipment do I need for these workouts?

The majority of our training programs are designed to be used in any full-service gym. Workouts will regularly utilize free weights (barbells and dumbbells), cable systems (seated row, cable columns) and basic machines (leg curl, leg press).

The “Home Gym” program is designed specifically for… well, home gyms. There are different versions of each Home Gym program for different combinations of equipment.

Can I switch between training programs?

Yes, you can switch at any time.

Is there any long term commitment to signing up?

Nope. All memberships are month-to-month, cancel any time.

How do I get the app?

Once you register for your membership you can find the app in either the Apple or Google Play Store. As soon as you sign up we’ll send you detailed instructions about the app and several other guides to help you get started.
