Noah Gabriel-Landis MS, CSCS
I’m Noah, and I’ve been a strength and conditioning coach for over 15 years. My specialty is sports performance training, and I’ve had the privilege of working with high school, collegiate, and Junior Olympic athletes across a multitude of sports like football, basketball, soccer, and many more. If you’re an athlete looking for your next big leap, you’ve come to the right place.
But my work doesn’t stop at athletic development—I also love coaching trainees of all ages, experience levels, and goals. From Ms. Universe finalists to busy professionals, to retirees looking to stay active and strong, I’m here to create your fully customized training plan so you can look and feel your very best.

Our custom-built space features the same functionality as a full-service commercial facility, plus plenty of specialty tools you won’t find at your typical gym.
