HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
Most Workouts take about an hour (50-65 minutes), not including warmup. Some standalone sessions are shorter, so you can train effectively on busy days.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Workouts are designed for use in a standard, full-service gym, so you’ll need the gym basics: racks, barbells, dumbbells, cable stations (seated row, functional trainer), and some standard-fare machines (leg press, leg curl).
I’M NEW TO THE GYM. ARE THESE WORKOUTS FOR ME?
Absolutely. Several programs include introductory versions designed for beginners, allowing you to learn proper form, gain experience with key concepts, and build confidence as you progress.
CAN I SWITCH WORKOUT PROGRAMS IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Yes. Switch programs anytime, pause if you need a break. or rewind if you miss a few sessions. Your training always adapts to your schedule.
WHAT IF THERE’S AN EXERCISE I CAN’T PERFORM AT MY GYM?
No problem. Every exercise included in every program has multiple substitution options, and you can swap the exercises in any workout right from the app. You’ll always have a version that works for you.
